A couple years ago I drove all the way to Newfane from Montpelier with my cuckoo clock. It was in sad need of repair. My father brought it back from the Black Forest during WWII. It had sentimental value. I found Ray walking into his home from the garage. He told me, in no uncertain terms, my clock was not worth his time, nor mine. He did this in a very insulting way, that way the British have. I have a degree from Oxford University. Something he didn't know. He took me for a backwoods yokel, and treated me as such. I have had many years of observing the best and worst of British character. He exhibits the worst. I would avoid this jerk.
